- refined sugar200 g
- Vanilla Essence1 coffee spoon
- Wheat Flour300 g
- Royal Icing200 g
- Edible coloring to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Beat the butter and sugar in the mixer with the paddle until it becomes a velvety white mass.
- Add the vanilla and egg essence and beat again.
- Add the flour and beat a little more.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin or bottle over two sheets of a transparent plastic bag.
- Make the molds with a knife or buy ready-made.
- For the royal icing, just respect the packaging measurements and add the dye.
- Take the dough to the oven 200° until it takes on a golden color. (15-20)
- The dough should always be cold, so if it softens before baking, leave it in the freezer to harden.
- Then use the royal icing to glue the walls of the house and from there it's just decorating!
