- Cooked chickpeas1 cup
- Rice flour1 cup
- Sweet sprinkle1 cup
- Sunflower oil1/3 cup
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Xanthan Gum1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Demerara sugar1 dessert spoon
- Boiling water1 cup
- Beat the eggs, chickpeas, oil, salt, sugar and boiling water in a blender.
- In a bowl, pour the dough along with the other ingredients.
- Place in a bread pan, and leave in a dry, warm place. It can be inside the microwave or on top of the stove, until the dough doubles in size.
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 185º.
- Tip: you can slice and freeze. Then just put it in the microwave and it gets fluffy and fresh again.
