- Coconut Milk1 cup
- Olive oil (or coconut oil)1 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Crushed cashew nuts2 tablespoon
- Xylanthol1/2 cup
- Gluten-free oat bran1/2 cup
- Almond flour1/2 cup
- Mix the milk, egg, sweetener, olive oil or (coconut oil) and cocoa in a bowl until everything is homogeneous.
- Add the crushed cashews, almond and oat bran, stir again.
- Add the yeast, mix and pour the dough into a form greased with olive oil or (coconut oil) sprinkled with cocoa.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
