- Oat flakes3 cup
- Coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Blend the banana, oil and eggs in a blender.
- After beating, put the dough in a container and add the oats and cinnamon. Mix well. Finally add the yeast.
- Pour the dough into a cake form previously greased with coconut oil and oatmeal.
- Finish with slices of bananas and cinnamon. Bake for approximately 30 minutes in a preheated medium oven.
