- Coconut Flour2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Finally, add the yeast.
- Shake well.
- Distribute the dough in a non-stick form with the help of a spoon and spread until uniform. Or distribute the dough in smaller molds. It can be non-stick or greased with coconut oil and powdered milk If you prefer, you can use a bread pan as well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. It's super soft and gives you a lot of satiety.
