- Broccoli150 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Rice flour150 g
- Maiz Starch30 g
- Chemical Yeast5 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Flaxseed Flour5 g
- Put water to boil in a pan. Once it is boiling, throw the broccoli and leave it in the water for 3 minutes. Remove and place the broccoli in a bowl of ice water.
- Cut the broccoli, onion and garlic and mix it all together with the rest of the ingredients until it forms a dough.
- Make balls and bake in a preheated oven at 180* for 20 minutes!
