- Coconut Sugar1 coffee spoon
- Brown rice flour1 tablespoon
- Nutritional yeast1 tablespoon
- Olive oil5 ml
- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Salt (a pinch) to taste
- In a bowl, beat the egg, and mix it with the coconut sugar, a pinch of salt, brown rice flour, nutritional yeast, a drizzle of olive oil and the chemical yeast;
- Place in a greased forminha and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 14 minutes.
- Note: you can do it in the microwave too, about 1 minute on high power.
