- Rice flour400 g
- Oat bran100 g
- Cottage cheese1 cup
- Butter100 g
- Whole egg1 unit(s)
- Gem for brushing1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Chia seeds for garnish to taste
- Chicken breast200 g
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic to taste
- Turmeric Powder to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Mix the flour with the oat bran, add the salt, cream cheese, egg and butter.
- Mix with the knead with your hands until it forms a firm ball. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- For the stuffing, put the chicken, tomato, onion, garlic and salt in the pressure cooker. Cover with water.
- When the chicken is very soft, remove most of the liquid (reserve), close the pan and shake to shred the chicken.
- After shredded add the nutmeg and saffron, if it gets dry add a little of the cooking liquid.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface, cut the circles with the help of a glass or bowl.
- Stuff with the chicken, cover with another disc of dough or make traditional pastries.
- Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with chia seed.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden.
