@nutrindo.vidas- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Organic Dry Yeast2 teaspoon
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Warm water1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Mixed gluten-free flour1.1/2 cup
- Rice flour1 cup
- Start by mixing the yeast, sugar and warm water in a large bowl.
- Let this mixture rest until foamy, which means the yeast is activated and ready to use.
- Add the olive oil, the gluten-free flours little by little, and the salt.
- When the pizza dough starts to come away from the bowl, flour a countertop and pour it out to start kneading.
- This is when your dough may need more flour. Add little by little and knead until the dough is smooth.
- After kneading, open the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
- Put it in a shape and take it to the oven to pre-bake for about 5 minutes, already with the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
- Put the topping of your choice on the homemade pizza dough and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
- Stuffing is optional, we made it with pepperoni, cheese and onion.
- Obs.: This gluten-free flour mix that I used contains rice flour, sweet flour, xanthan gum. I found it at a local market.
