Modo de preparo:

1 Misture o mix de farinhas em uma vasilha.

3 Misture bem o ovo, o leite, o sal, o mix de farinhas e por último o fermento em pó químico.

4 Leve ao fogo para fritar, adicionando pouca massa por vez, utilizando uma colher de sopa.

5 Caso queira, leve ao fogo 0,100kg de açúcar com 1/3 xícara de água e 1/2 colher (sobremesa de canela). Leve ao fogo e quando a calda estiver cozida, jogue em cima dos bolinhos.
