- Mozzarella1 cup
- Minced garlic2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (package)250 g
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Reserve the Parmesan cheese Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Take it to a form greased with oil or olive oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 to 25 minutes.
- TIP! if your dough is dry add a little milk, or if it is too wet just add a little more flour.
