- Potato Appetizer600 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cheese1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Rosemary and thyme to taste
- Cook appetizer potatoes to al dente. Cut the potatoes in half and brown in a frying pan with olive oil, butter, salt, rosemary and the seasonings of your choice.
- In a refractory that can go into the oven, place a piece of cheese and the potatoes around it.
- Take to preheated oven for like 15 minutes and finish with thyme.
