  • French Bread1 unit(s)
  • Gorgonzola30 g
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Apricot Jam1 tablespoon
  • Honey1 dessert spoon
  1. Cut the French bread into 4 slices.
  2. Spread a little olive oil on top of the bread, put a little piece of gorgonzola and a little honey.
  3. Place in preheated oven until cheese melts.
  4. Top with apricot jam and garnish with mint.
