- Recipe
- French bread2 unit(s)
- Gorgonzola cheese100 g
- Sour cream (or almond)1 unit(s)
- Red onion2 unit(s)
- Balsamic Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Nuts50 g
- Seasonings1 to taste
- Start with the onions, as they take some time in the oven. Cut the onions into half moons (cut in half and each half into 8 pieces). Place the half moons on a baking sheet and season each one with oil and salt and bake in the oven (200°) for 20 minutes. Put a spoonful of balsamic vinegar on them, stir well, and return to the oven (decrease to 180°) for 10 minutes. Remove and reserve.
- For the bruscrettas, start by cutting the bread into slices of about two fingers. Place in a skillet with oil until golden and set aside.
- In a bowl, mash the gorgonzola with a fork. Heat the cream in the microwave for 1 minute, pour over the gorgonzola and stir well. Chop the walnuts into pieces using a knife.
- On the bread, first add a generous layer of the gorgonzola pâté, a layer of the onions and sprinkle the walnuts on top!
