- In the blender, place the following ingredients: eggs, sugar, yeast, butter, oil, salt and beat for 30 seconds on medium speed.
- Add all the warm milk and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Stop the blender beating and transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
- Place all the flour in the large bowl and mix well.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes, until it is very homogeneous and unglued from your hands.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes, covering the bowl with a clean, dry cloth.
- Shape dough balls of equal sizes, placing them on a large rectangular baking sheet, lightly floured and cover with a clean, damp cloth for 50 minutes.
- Brush the already mixed yolk with a drizzle of olive oil, on each ball of dough, with the help of a cooking brush on top.
- Sprinkle a little sesame on the dough balls.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25 minutes or until golden.
- After well roasted, cover the roast with a clean and dry cloth for about 10 minutes. This was my grandma's trick to make the buns fluffier!
