- Coarse flaked oats100 g
- Rice flakes100 g
- Chopped Brazil Nuts40 g
- Cashew Nuts60 g
- Sesame2 tablespoon
- Pumpkin seed2 tablespoon
- Chia1 tablespoon
- Coconut Ribbon30 g
- Sliced Almonds30 g
- Whole Almonds30 g
- Cane molasses4 tablespoon
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Sunflower or coconut oil1 teaspoon
- In a large pan, mix all the dry ingredients, except the coconut ribbons.
- In a small bowl, mix the liquids and add 1 tablespoon of warm water to dilute.
- Pour the liquid with a spoon over the dry ones evenly and mix.
- Bake at 180 degrees (preheated) for 25 min. Stir every 7 minutes so that the granola bakes evenly.
- After 25 min, place the coconut ribbons and return to the oven for another 15 min, stirring halfway through.
- Allow to cool and store in a glass jar. It stays crispy for at least 3 weeks!
