- grated qualho cheese1/3 cup
- chemical yeast.1 tablespoon
- Cut the corn off the cob.
- Reserve the yeast and pass all the other ingredients well in the blender.
- Note: Add the corn little by little, because if the power of the blender is not good, it may not be able to go through it all at once.
- Place the mixture in a bowl, add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
- After that put it in a 22 cm diameter shape greased at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or pass the toothpick test
