- Sugar1/2 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Hit the blender, the corn drained with the coconut milk, hit it well.
- Add the eggs, margarine and sugar and beat.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl, gradually add the flour and cornmeal. Mix well, finally add the yeast and mix.
- Take it to the oven to bake in a roast, greased and sprinkled with cornmeal.
- Bake at medium temperature for about 50 minutes, unmold when warm.
