- Cinnamon Powder / Unit: Pinch1 unit(s)

- Slices of bread2 unit(s)
- Slices of Minas fresh cheese (about 1 cm)2 unit(s)
- Honey to taste
- Roasted and chopped walnuts to taste
- **FOR PEAR:
- Wash, dry and cut the pear in half, lengthwise. With a teaspoon, discard the core with the seeds.
- Discard the handle and cut each half into thin 0.5 cm slices lengthwise.
- In a glass bowl place the pear slices, honey and cinnamon. Cover with a plate and microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
- Carefully and using a dish towel - the bowl will be hot - remove the bowl from the microwave and gently mix with a spoon so that the slices cook evenly.
- Cover again and return to the microwave to rotate for another 2 minutes until the pear is very soft and forms a syrup. Reserve.
- **FOR TARTINES:
- With a paper towel, dry the slices of Minas cheese well so that they brown better.
- Place a nonstick skillet (or grill) over medium heat to heat. Place the bread slices to heat for 1 minute on each side. Reserve on a plate.
- Keep the skillet over medium heat and arrange the slices of cheese, one next to the other.
- Let it brown for about 2 minutes. Attention: some cheeses may take longer to brown than others, keep an eye out.
- With a spatula, transfer a slice of grilled cheese to each slice of bread.
- Top with some of the cooked pear, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with walnuts to taste. Serve next.
