- Milk powder200 g
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Clove to taste
- Cinnamon stick to taste
- In a pan with a lid, cook the plantain, the cinnamon stick and the cloves. cook until soft.
- Reserve until cool.
- Beat in the blender with the coconut milk and powdered milk (don't neglect the cooking water, put it in the blender too).
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve.
