milk2 teaspoon
bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
margarine2 tablespoon
Braised ground beef600 g
green corn1/2 teaspoon
pea1/2 teaspoon
chopped celery to taste0 to taste
wheat flour2 teaspoon
diced mozzarella2/2 teaspoon
Iced milk and breadcrumbs for breading0 to taste
oil for frying0 to taste

In a large saucepan, place the milk, beef stock and margarine.
Cook over medium heat until it boils.
Add the meat, corn, peas and parsley.
As soon as it boils, add the flour all at once, stirring until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
Turn off and let cool.
Take small portions of dough, place a cube of mozzarella and form balls.
Dip in milk, breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden.
Drain on paper towels and serve.
