- milk2 teaspoon
- bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
- margarine2 tablespoon
- Braised ground beef600 g
- green corn1/2 teaspoon
- pea1/2 teaspoon
- chopped celery to taste0 to taste
- wheat flour2 teaspoon
- diced mozzarella2/2 teaspoon
- Iced milk and breadcrumbs for breading0 to taste
- oil for frying0 to taste
- In a large saucepan, place the milk, beef stock and margarine.
- Cook over medium heat until it boils.
- Add the meat, corn, peas and parsley.
- As soon as it boils, add the flour all at once, stirring until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off and let cool.
- Take small portions of dough, place a cube of mozzarella and form balls.
- Dip in milk, breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and serve.
