Ground beef500 g
Chopped onion (half)1 unit(s)
Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
Breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
Salt, Black Pepper1 to taste
Oil for greasing1 to taste

*Roof* 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 200g sliced mozzarella cheese 1 tomato in slices Oregano to taste.
Place in a bowl and mix the ground beef, onion, salt and pepper until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
Grease a medium non-stick skillet with oil and spread the ground meat mixture, squeezing it to form a large hamburger.
Cook over medium heat until firm.
Carefully turn the hamburger over, spread the tomato sauce and mozzarella, the tomato and oregano back to medium heat until the cheese melts.
