- Black pepper to taste
- Put the chopped onion in cold water (as I taught in the tips) with a little vinegar to remove some of the burning.
- Mash the avocado pulp well and mix with the other ingredients, including the drained onion sauce, taste and adjust the seasonings.
- Serve with the accompaniment you prefer.
