- Chop the tomato into cubes
- Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds with the white filaments and chop it into very small pieces.
- Finely chop the coriander leaves
- Peel the avocado, remove the pit and place the pulp in a deep dish
- Mash with a fork, leaving a few pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. 6. Add the tomato, pepper, coriander, onion, olive oil and salt and mix
