- Guava (cut into strips)1 unit(s)
- Mix the dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Leave the dough in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- After the time, open the dough with the help of a roll, covering the dough with plastic makes it easier.
- Cut the dough with a cutter, place a small piece of guava in the center of each circle
- Close the sides giving a light "pinch"
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle sugar over the cookies.
