- Condensed milk1 kg
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Passion Fruit3 unit(s)
- Beat all the ingredients in the blender, (reserve) except one passion fruit that we are going to use in the decoration.
- In a pan, place the pulp of 1 passion fruit, two fingers of water and 3 very full spoons of sugar. Cook until reduced and become a syrup. Let cool to use.
- After the syrup is cold, fill it in the ice cream bag, follow your taste.
- Put the ice cream liquid in the bag with the syrup, you don't need to fill it too much. Tie the bag, cut the excess of the bag and take it to the fridge until it gets very hard.
