- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Wheat1 cup
- Diced ham100 g
- Mozzarella100 g
- Beat the eggs, milk, potato, margarine, flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into a greased nonstick skillet, cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Spread the ham, the mozzarella and cover again. Cook for 10 minutes or until firm and sprinkle with oregano. Serve the pie in its own skillet and, if desired, with a salad.
