- DOUGH: Wheat flour500 g
- Warm water200 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Dry yeast10 g
- FILLING: Grated mozzarella cheese200 g
- Grated Ham200 g
- Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- In a container, I mixed the dry ingredients of the dough and gradually added the rest of the ingredients, transferred the dough to the countertop and kneaded for 5 minutes.
- I covered the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Mix all the filling ingredients together. I opened the dough with a rolling pin, spread out all the stuffing and rolled it up, cut the rolls and put them in a greased and floured mold, covered them with a cloth and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- Before taking it to the oven I brushed it with a yolk. Bake for 35 minutes at 200°
