- Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and heat until it thickens, stirring with a wooden spoon.take it off the heat.add the egg yolks and then the beaten egg whites.add the salt and mix.place the margarine in a frying pan. when it is very hot, pour the mixture. when it is golden on the bottom and it is still soft on top, fold the omelet and serve it still hot... (if you want to accompany it with cheese bread, it will be great and delicious)
