- Ham with bone600 g

- Bread4 unit(s)
- Lettuce to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Bay leaf2 unit(s)
- Water500 ml
- Season the ham with vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In the pressure cooker, sauté the ham, add the bay leaf, add water, cover the pot and leave it under pressure for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and shred the ham while still hot, set aside.
- In another pan put a thread of oil and sauté the shredded ham. Add the shredded onion and the diced tomato, adjust the salt and stir until the tomato starts to break down.
- Cut the buns in half, fill with the ham and lettuce as much as you want.
