- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Assemble the hamburgers, approximately 250 grams.
- Fry the hamburgers on an aluminum plate if you don't have it, it can be in the skillet. Remember to season the burgers with salt and pepper or whatever seasoning you prefer.
- After frying both sides add the cheese and let it melt. Seal the buns on the plate.
- Add the mayonnaise to the bread, assemble the snacks and enjoy.
