- Black pepper to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Pepperoni Pepper to taste

- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Mix the meat well with all the seasonings. Shape the hamburgers.
- Heat a frying pan with oil or olive oil, place the hamburgers, and let them brown on both sides. Lower the heat and place slices of your favorite cheese (if you wish) on top and let it melt. Remove the hamburgers.
- Cut the buns in half and in the skillet that made the hamburger, over low heat, place the buns with the part of the brain in contact with the skillet. Once heated and lightly browned, remove.
