- Olive oil4 tablespoon

- Black pepper to taste
- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Peel off (Optional)
- Bring the potatoes to cook in a pan with water and salt for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and give the thermal shock in ice water.
- Place each potato on a wooden spoon and make cuts every inch (the wooden spoon shape does not allow the knife to cut the potato all the way through).
- Leave 2 centimeters on the sides of each potato.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- In a container, place the olive oil, the green smell, finely chopped, season with salt and black pepper (you can use other herbs that you prefer).
- Brush the potatoes with this mixture and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
- You can also use garlic when baking for a special flavor. ❤️
