- Skimmed milk50 ml
- Banana70 g
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Cocoa powder2 teaspoon
- Milk powder20 g
- Add the egg, white, milk, vanilla essence, banana and one of the spoons of cocoa powder in the blender, beat on medium speed until you form a homogeneous mass.
- Grease a non-stick frying pan and preheat, pour a part of the dough that fills the bottom, brown on both sides, repeat this process 3 times.
- To make the syrup, mix the other spoon of cocoa powder with the powdered milk and add water until it becomes a liquid consistency, after the pasta is ready, stack one on top of the other and pour the healthy syrup.
