- Coconut oil or butter1 tablespoon
- Xylitol or other sweetener of your choice1 teaspoon
- Rice flour1 tablespoon
- Flour or Oat Bran1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Remove the apple peel and cut in half. All the peel and half of apple we will use in the dough. The other half of the apple, cut into pieces.
- Beat everything in the blender, except half of the apple that was chopped and the yeast.
- When it is well beaten, add the chopped apple and the yeast and mix.
- Place in individual molds and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Note: if you prefer to bake in the airfryer, put it at 180°C for 15 minutes.
