- Flour or Oat Bran2 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Cane molasses (or honey or sugar)1/4 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Filling* to taste
- Blend all ingredients, except for the yeast, in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the yeast and stir gently until incorporated.
- Add your favorite fillings and mix again. *I used dark chocolate chips, but you can use raisins, apricots, walnuts and chestnuts, milk and white chocolate chips, blueberries...
- Place in mini muffin pans or greased bread pan and bake in preheated oven (180°) for 15 minutes (in bread pan for 25 minutes). Do the toothpick test. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
