- Put the banana to cook in a pan with water, after it is still hot, peel and divide in half, place on a plate, sprinkle cinnamon on top and set aside.
- In a frying pan with a drizzle of oil, add the egg, fry and serve with oregano on top. Cut four slices of white cheese
- On a plate place the banana with cinnamon on top of the egg with oregano and the cheese. Make a cup of green tea and enjoy this delight
