- Chia (seed)4 tablespoon
- Whole Grain Yogurt400 ml
- Sweetener1 to taste
- Chopped fruit1 to taste
- Start by mixing chia with yogurt and sweetener
- Mix everything very well, cover and take it to the fridge for about 4 hours for chia to grow.
- Cut fruit of your choice
- Assembly: in jars, make portions with chia, place the cut fruits and cover, take it to the fridge
- It's delicious, for snack, breakfast.... You can also put coconut milk in place of yogurt and sweeten it with sugar
