- Whole wheat flour3/4 cup
- Oat flakes1 unit(s)
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Sesame1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, mix the coconut oil, egg and brown sugar. Add cocoa, vanilla and mix well.
- Add the oats, wholemeal flour, sesame and baking powder. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Place the dough between two plastics and open with the help of a rolling pin. Cut into different shapes using cutters of different designs.
- If you prefer, you can just put handfuls of the dough with the help of a spoon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- When you take it out of the oven, the cookies will still be, apparently soft, don't be alarmed, as they cool, they will get more crispy.
