- Baking soda1/2 tablespoon

- Butter3 tablespoon
- Brown sugar3 tablespoon
- Chocolate80 g
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- Mix the melted butter, sugar and egg. Mix.
- Add the bicarbonate and flour little by little along with the cinnamon.
- The dough will be dense. Then you will need to mix it with your hands.
- Make balls, and inside each one place a square of chocolate. Wrap tightly to close.
- Lightly knead the ball and sprinkle chopped chocolate on top.
- Preheated oven at 180°C for 15 min
