- Italian bread400 g
- cherry tomato120 g
- Avocado1 unit(s)
- Chopped walnuts to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste
- Cut slices of Italian bread and add olive oil, salt, oregano, ground pepper and chopped tomato (or cut in half)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 13 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- When golden, remove from the oven.
- Remove the tomatoes and set aside
- Cut the avocado into thin strips and place on the bread slices.
- Place the reserved tomatoes over the tostadas and garnish with walnuts.
- Serve immediately.
