- Banana1 unit(s)
- Oat bran1 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder 100%1 dessert spoon
- Xylitol or other sweetener of your choice1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder1 coffee spoon
- Chocolate 70% chopped or in drops10 g
- Beat all the ingredients with a mixer, except the yeast and the 70% chocolate.
- Add the yeast and mix.
- Pour into individual molds.
- Sink the chocolate in drops or chopped into the dough and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes in the airfryer.
- If you prefer, bake in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
