- Peanut flour2.1/2 tablespoon
- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar2 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Coconut Oil1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Salt (a pinch) to taste
- Beat the eggs and add the ingredients in the order above;
- Place in donut molds and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 10 minutes;
- On top I put 70% melted chocolate, and sprinkled peanut flour.
