  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Peanut flour2.1/2 tablespoon
  • Almond flour2 tablespoon
  • Demerara sugar2 tablespoon
  • Extra Virgin Coconut Oil1 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Salt (a pinch) to taste
  1. Beat the eggs and add the ingredients in the order above;
  2. Place in donut molds and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 10 minutes;
  3. On top I put 70% melted chocolate, and sprinkled peanut flour.
