- Mozzarella cheese slices to taste

- In a blender or processor place the cooked lentils and seasonings.
- If necessary add water little by little.
- After putting it in a bowl.
- Add the oat bran (to bind).
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and salt.
- Mix well.
- Mold into a hamburger shape and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 200•
- If you make it with the mozzarella, place it on top of the burger about to remove it from the oven.
- It can be prepared in the oven, oven or air-fryer.
