- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- grated cheese1 tablespoon
- grated zucchini1/3 cup
- grated carrot1/3 cup
- Chopped Mozzarella2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chia seeds for garnish to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs with the cottage cheese.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except for the chia seed, leaving the yeast for last.
- Grease a cupcake pan or use silicone and put half of the mixture in each pan.
- Decorate with chia seeds and bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes.
