- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Natural yogurt2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- coconut milk2 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Chemical Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Chocolate 70% to taste
- coconut milk2 tablespoon
- Honey to taste
- Peanut Butter to taste
- Chocolate sprinkles or grated coconut to taste
- In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, yogurt, egg, coconut milk, and sugar.
- Mix very well and add the yeast last and mix well again.
- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, distribute some of the dough and bake it on both sides (the dough should be consistent, if not add more flour)
- For the topping, melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds.
- Then mix with coconut milk, honey and peanut butter, make a syrup and pour it over the pancakes, finish with sprinkles or unsweetened grated coconut, enjoy.
