Em uma bacia grande,coloque a água morna,a açúcar,o óleo,sal e o fermento. 
Misture bem,adicione o trigo ao poucos e vai sovando. 
O segredo e sovar bem e bastante. 
Deixe crescer. 


In a large bowl, place the warm water, sugar, oil, salt and yeast.
Mix well, add the wheat little by little and knead.
The secret is to knead well and a lot.
Let it grow.


Com o auxílio de um rolo ou cilindro,vai formando os pães. 
Deixei crescer mais um pouco e leve para assar,quando tiver bem dourado está pronto. 

With the help of a roll or cylinder, it forms the loaves.
I let it rise a little more and take it to bake, when it's golden brown it's ready.
