- Milk200 ml
- Organic Dry Yeast45 g
- Sugar8 tablespoon
- In a bowl place the natural or slightly warm milk. Add the yeast and stir for a few minutes. Gradually add the 3 eggs, margarine, sugar and stir until combined. Finally, add the wheat flour in parts and mix without letting it clump. When it forms a consistent dough, place it on a marble sink or table, sprinkle the surface with a little wheat flour and knead the dough by hand until kneaded. Then form the balls or the shape you prefer and place in a greased shape, cover with a cloth and take it to rest until it doubles in size. When fermenting, use an egg yolk to lightly brush the surface of the buns. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of + or - 200° for 30 to 40 minutes.
