- warm milk240 ml
- Organic dry yeast1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- If you need you can add more flour or more liquid to give the point
- When the dough is not sticking to your hands, start to knead, knead for 15 minutes.
- Let rest covered with plastic wrap for 40 minutes, or until doubled in volume.
- After this time, knead again for another 15 minutes (you can use a mixer or bread maker)
- Flour the sink or countertop, place the dough on the sink or countertop and roll up the bread.
- To get this shape, after rolling it, I took a knife and made cuts as if I were going to slice the dough, but without reaching the end.
- Place in a greased bread pan, and take to rise until doubled in volume (40/50 minutes)
- Brush with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame and bake at 180 degrees until golden on top and roasted on the sides.
